About the Author
M.S. Krishnan is business information technology professor at the University of Michigan.His doctoral thesis on “Cost and Quality Considerations in Software Product Management”earned him the ICIS Best Dissertation Prize. His numerous research articles have been published in several journals. He has consulted with companies such as Ford Motor Company, IBM and Bellsouth.
C.K. Pralahad is not only an author but is also a speaker, professor at the University of Michigan, consultant, researcher and business strategist. In 1994 he teamed up with fellow strategist Gary Hamel to write the bestselling book “Competing for the Future.” Prahalad has consulted with companies such as AT&T, Cargill, Kodak and Revlon, has written numerous book and award-winning articles.
